Oven Kalua Pork
Ingredients:
4-5 lb pork butt
3 tbsp. hawaiian salt
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
8 ti leaves (or banana leaves)

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Make several slashes across the top of the
surface of the pork butt.  Rub with the salt, then the liquid smoke.  Remove
the rib from the ti leaves.  Lay 4 of the ti leaves on top of a piece of heavy
duty aluminum foil.  Place the pork butt on the ti leaves and wrap the
leaves up around the side.  Cover with the remaining leaves until the pork
is completely covered.  Complete wrapping the pork in foil, creating a
watertight seal.
Place the pork in a large roasting pan and fill with two inches of water.
Cover the pan in foil, and bake in the oven for one hour.  Drop the
temperature to 325 degrees and cook for another 3-3.5 hours until fork
tender.  Remove from the oven and shred before serving.
