1. Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes! We accept all major credit cards via our secure server. All credit card
information is secure using the highest level of encryption upon being submitted to
our secure server.

3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards as well as
PayPal.
4. What are your hours?
24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
5. Am I charged tax?
We are located in Hawaii and charge 4.16% tax for orders within the State of Hawaii.
6. What are my shipping options?
Our most popular choice is the USPS Flat Rate box, however, we also ship USPS
Priority Mail. We do not offer USPS Ground Shipping, as it takes 4 to 6 weeks.
7. What happens if my shipment gets refused?
All shipments which are refused at the time of delivery will be issued an in-store credit
for any item costs remaining after return shipping charges and 25% restocking fee are
deducted. We will not issue a refund for the initial shipping charges and/or rush fees.
Any additional transportation charges incurred due to the refusal will be charged to
the customers account and/or credit card.
8. What is you return policy?
All returns require an RMA, Return Merchandise Authorization. If for any reason, you
are dissatisfied with your order, simply contact Kauai Goods at
returns@kauaigoods.com. State the order number and reason for return to start the
process. All returns must be received back within 30 days of receipt of the item and
must be shipped back at your expense.
